Their relationship with co-workers and how they address the challenges encountered in the workplace were analyzed. Participants were comprised of six (6) Filipino young adults aged 22-35 years. The findings from the participants and co-workers were presented using a case study method. The results, supported by the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale: 2nd Edition, revealed that most of the participants had a positive view of themselves. The self-concept recurring themes that emerged were overcoming difficulties, achieving goals, prevailing disposition and pursuing happiness. Work values recurring themes were sense of duty, empathy, desire for growth and learning, passion, and contribution and purpose. Majority of the participants saw their relationship with their organization as healthy. Participants were revealed to have good relationship with co-workers in their current work. Personality, effects of ADHD and effort to keep harmony were identified as factors that affected how they relate with co-workers. The result of the Modified Work Relationship Assessment Form revealed that, regardless of self-concept, all participants have Interrelatedness as their common characteristic dimension, however, in varying scale. Young adults with ADHD encountered challenges and issues both in their previous and current work. These included problems with co-workers, problems in career and job satisfaction, and problems with ADHD symptoms. The coping mechanisms that the participants employed had similarities and differences but were rooted in the positive effects that ADHD have such as hyperfocus, creativity, and resilience.
