Kristian Williams (born 1974) is an American anarchist author. He is best known as the author of ''Our Enemies In Blue: Police and Power in America''. Williams was a founding member of Rose City Copwatch, a group which aimed to "eliminate or radically change police institutions". Williams served on the board of the Institute for Anarchist Studies.
